According to Healthline, There are many benefits of lemon water.  Not only does it keep you hydrated, it also works wonders for the skin and helps digestion. 

Vitamin C in lemons reduce skin wrinkling, dry skin from ageing and damage from the sun. 

However many people assume it will burn fat and lose weight. This is not true. Lemon water does not help to lose weight. 

Drinking lemon water is a good habit. It can refresh the body, remove toxins and help in bowel movement. If one has a habit of drinking it, don't stop. 

But don’t assume it will help lose weight. To lose weight you have to eat well, exercise regularly and follow a good lifestyle. Just by drinking lemon water it will not help. So if your aim is to lose weight, keep this in mind.
