Smartest Man on the Flight

Once, a doctor, a lawyer, a small boy and a priest were travelling by a small private plane. Suddenly, the engine malfunctioned. The pilot tried to control the plane but it was about to crash. The pilot grabbed a parachute and told the passengers that the plane would crash so they must save themselves. The pilot jumped out of the plane with the parachute.
Unfortunately there were only 3 parachutes left and there were 4 passengers. Doctor, lawyer, priest and small boy. The doctor first grabbed one parachute and said, “I am a doctor. I save people’s lives, so I must live”. He jumped out. The lawyer then said, “I am a lawyer. Lawyers are the smartest people in the world. I deserve to live” Saying this he grabbed a parachute bag and jumped.
The priest looked at the small boy and said, “I have lived a long and happy content life. You are young and have your whole life. You take the last parachute and live.” The small boy gave the parachute back to the priest and said, “Do not worry. The smartest man in the world just now jumped with my school bag. We still have 2 parachutes left.”
