In a day 4 different massive accidents have shocked India. 

  1. Dhule, Maharashtra 

On the Mumbai-Agra highway in Dhule, Maharashtra, at around 10.45 am, a container truck hit four vehicles and then rammed into a hotel killing at least 10 people and injuring 20 others. According to the reports, the brakes of the container truck failed and the driver lost control of the vehicle. It then hit two motorcycles, a car and another container from the back. Then rammed into a small hotel and then overturned. Several victims affected in the accident were waiting at a bus stop near the hotel. 

  1. Hazaribagh, Jharkhand 

4 men, 4 women and a child were travelling in an SUV in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. They were natives of Mandai village of Hazaribagh. 2 days back they had gone to visit a temple in Darbhanga district and were returning back home. At around 1:30 pm, while on the highway near Romi village of Hazaribagh, the driver lost control of the car and hit a motorcycle and then fell into a roadside well. Six people - 4 men, 1 woman and a child were killed. Their bodies were taken out of the well by a rescue team. Three women were quickly rescued from the well and taken to a nearby hospital. Later, with the help of locals and the police, a crane was called and the car was taken out of the well.

  1. Hyderabad, Telangana 

A mother, daughter and another woman like everyday went out for a morning walk. At around 6.10am, a speeding car rammed into them. The impact of the crash was such that all three of them were thrown into the nearby bushes. 2 were killed on the spot and the third woman succumbed to injuries later. After throwing the three walkers off the ground, the car rammed into a tree. The driver abandoned the car and fled from the spot. Police retrieved a bag from the car and identified the accused. A 19-year-old student named Badruddin Qadri was driving the car, and his 3 friends were with him. They left early in the morning to cut a cake as it was his birthday. Police arrested Qadri. However, the other three involved are absconding. According to reports,  they were drunk and were speeding. The car was not able to maneuver a turn and rammed into the 3 women. The shocking accident was captured in two nearby CCTV cameras and a clipping of the accident has now gone viral on social media.

  1. Chumukedima, Nagaland 

At around 5 pm, there were several cars halted on the Kohima-Dimapur National Highway as there was heavy rain in Nagaland. A massive rock rolled down and hit two cars one after the other. The impact of the accident was such that the cars turned into a heap of metal. Within a second, another rock can be seen rolling down and hitting a third car - which flipped and hit a truck standing next to it. The accident was caught on the dash camera of a vehicle behind them. Two people died and three others were injured. Our condolences to all the deceased and kindly drive safe.
