Gunmen Open Fire in Mosque in New Zealand
In New Zealand gunmen open fire in two mosques killing more than 40 people. Many including children are grievously injured. The terrorist involved in this attack, live streamed the entire ordeal.
In New Zealand in the Christchurch area, gunmen open fired in two mosques. This attack seems to have been carefully planned and the entire country is in a big shock. The gunmen casually strolled inside the al Noor mosque on Deans Avenue and the Linwood mosque on Linwood Avenue.
Till now 49 people have been killed.Many people, including young children with gunshot wounds, have been admitted to Christchurch hospital for treatment.3 men and 1 woman have been arrested by the police.The police have not released any details yet.
The gunmen had even attached an explosive device to a vehicle outside the mosque. The police reached in time and deactivated the device. The police have told the citizens of New Zealand not to visit any mosques, till the police sanctions it.
New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has called this incident a terrorist attack. She said they are working very hard to find the gunmen.
