Health ATM Installed at Lucknow Railway Station

To improve medical facilities for its passengers, the Indian Railways has installed two 'Health ATMs' at the Charbagh railway station in Lucknow, on Monday. They are walk-in kiosks which have medical machines that checks blood pressure test, body fat, hemoglobin, weight, height, temperature, sugar, bones, etc. They offer 16 different health check-ups at affordable rates.
There are two types of check-ups. One check-up is for 9 mins and it is for Rs 100. The other check up is for 6 minutes and it is for Rs 50. In order to do the checkup, passengers are required to enter their details such as name, age, phone number etc. into the machine and a fingerprint scan as well.A medical attendant is also available to help the passengers.The report is generated instantly and delivered via email or SMS to the passenger.50-60 passengers use this everyday.
