Hike in Home appliances From Next Month
There will be an increase in electronic appliances after the festive season.
The end of the festive season has lead to companies reviewing the selling prices of their home appliances. Items such as TVs, Refrigerators, washing machines etc are about to have a price hike. A continuous depreciation of the Rupee against the dollar and an increase in custom duties has lead to an increase of all household appliances.
Companies such as panasonic and Haier have decided to increase the price of their products by 7%. These companies kept the prices low during the festive season but from next month there will be a change in the prices of their products. Fingers crossed the rupee remains stable and does not affect another aspect of the consumers life.
