Jo Lindner was a German bodybuilder. He was a fitness model and social media influencer who was popular for fitness-related tips, tricks, and routines. He was also known as 'Joesthetics'. Shockingly he passed away at the age of just 30. On 2nd July 2023, Lindner's girlfriend Nicha uploaded a post on Instagram sharing the devastating news and said that the influencer's death had been the result of an aneurysm. In the caption of the post, Nicha shared details of her final moments with 'Joesthetics' and said that the 30-year-old had been experiencing neck pain a few days prior to his untimely demise. An aneurysm is caused by the thinning or weakening of the blood vessels, resulting in the enlargement or rupturing of an artery. She said he died in her arms.In a YouTube video, Jo admitted that he uses steroids after various trainers targeted him and termed him a liar for claiming that his gains are natural. Fans have been speculating that he could have died due to using too many steroids. Using too many steroids can cause heart attacks, BP, and even aneurysms and other health problems. Prior to his death, he had done an interview. In the interview, he said, ‘I suffer from ripping muscle disease which could make the muscles extremely sensitive to movement and cause them to contract upon a bump or contact.
The heart is also a muscle. That’s my biggest concern. What if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp? That makes me scared. That's why I'm staying away from bodybuilding competitions too much." However, no official connection has been detected between Lindner's death and steroids or the muscle disease.
