Mumbai Girl Raped, Killed and Burnt
A 14-years-old Mumbai girl was molested and was killed by her own neighbour. Watch the video for all the details.
In last 5 years cases related to rapes and molestation doubled in mumbai. The biggest increase in rape cases was in south mumbai and molestation cases increased in north mumbai in last 5 years. In Kandivali one and a half month back a 14 year old girl had gone missing from her home. The Mumbai police then found her half burnt body in Talasari which is 90 km away from Mumabai. The girl was studying in class 9. She went missing on 1st October the girl went missing around 2pm. Her parents lodged a complaint of kidnapping the next day.
Police checked her phone and call records and questioned every one who called her that day which included her parents, friends and family. The police also questioned a 25-year-old man who was the girl’s neighbour. The police questioned him. Whenever the police had any doubts they called him and he willingly came to the police to help the police. He had told the police that he was in Kandivali when the girl died. When the police traced his phone, his location confirmed he was in Kandivali.
The police kept investigating and could not find any proof. They felt something was wrong with the neighbour. After a lot of investigation they found that he had another mobile and the location of the mobile was in Talasari. The police then strongly questioned him. He then admitted that he killed her. He molested her and when she started screaming he got scared and hit her on the head with a bottle. He even strangled her so that she wouldn’t scream.
After she died he packed her body in the bag and took her on a bike to Talasari at the Mumbai - Ahmedabad National highway. He then burnt the body but it did not completely burn. The police have arrested and will give strict punishment under the POCSO Act.
