Queen Elizabeth Aged 95 Tests Positive For COVID-19
95 year old Queen Elizabeth had tested positive for Covid-19 and is showing mild symptoms.
Queen Elizabeth II is the 95-year-old Queen of England. She has been the queen for the last 70 years and she is the only royal to be on the throne for so many years. The queen, whose husband Prince Philip died aged 99 in April 2021, has spent much of the coronavirus pandemic at Windsor Castle in London with a reduced number of household staff. England PM Boris Johnson is supposed to announce the removal of all COVID restrictions in the UK as the COVID cases have been reduced a lot. The Queen has taken all 3 vaccinations and for a long time, she was not meeting any guests or socializing for a long time. Now that the situation was better the Queen started meeting people at Windsor Castle. She complained to one helper person that she was suffering from stiffness in the body and she was seen holding a walking stick. Now it has been found that she has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing mild symptoms.
Even her son Prince Charles, has tested positive because he had gone to meet his mother. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi also tweeted, "I wish Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth a speedy recovery and pray for her good health." People are very worried about the Queen as she is very old and COVID can cause complications.
If the Queen passes away, it will be a very big event. The country will go into mourning, there will be a holiday and there will be a huge programme for her funeral as she is the most important Queen in the world. Upon her death, her son Prince Charles will become the King. Since he left his first wife and got married, according to the rules his wife can not become the queen but recently the Queen had said she is giving permission to his Wife Camilla to become the queen.
