Ranveer Allahbadia's YouTube Channels Hacked: All Videos Gone!

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s main channels were hacked, rebranded, and used for a cryptocurrency scam, leading to their removal by YouTube.

Popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, also known by his channel name "Beer Biceps," had two of his main YouTube channels hacked on the night of 25th September 2024. The affected channels include his famous "Beer Biceps" and "The Ranveer Show - TRS."

The hacker changed the name of the "Beer Biceps" channel to "@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024" and renamed "The Ranveer Show - TRS" to "@Tesla.event.trump_2024." They deleted all interviews and podcasts from both channels and uploaded old videos from events featuring Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

The hacker then ran a deceptive live stream using an AI-generated version of Elon Musk. In the fake live stream, the AI Elon Musk encouraged viewers to invest in cryptocurrency, falsely promising to double their money. He also asked viewers to scan a QR code and deposit Bitcoin or Ethereum on a suspicious website, elonweb.net, which is part of a known "Bitcoin doubling" scam often used in cyberattacks targeting big YouTube channels.

YouTube has since taken down both channels. Now, when you search for them, the page shows a message that says, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.”

At the time of the hacking, Ranveer was in Singapore recording podcasts. After the incident, he shared an Instagram story (@beerbiceps) of his food, writing, "Celebrating my two main channels being hacked with my favourite food. Vegan burgers. Death of Beer Biceps met with Death of diet." He also posted a selfie from Singapore Airport wearing an eye mask with the caption, “Is this the end of my YouTube career? Was nice knowing you all.” However, he has not made an official statement about the hack yet.

This hacking follows a similar incident that took place on 20th September 2024, when the official YouTube channel of the Indian Supreme Court was hacked.

Ranveer Allahbadia is known for his podcasts, motivational content, and interviews with famous personalities on his YouTube channels, which have millions of subscribers. Fans are now waiting for updates as he deals with this serious cyberattack.
