School Children Addicted to Online Game PUBG
Schools warn parents about PUBG, an online game to which many children are addicted.
In Bengaluru, many schools warned parents about an online game called Players Unknown Battleground as they observed many school students were addicted to this game.
The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science, have had many cases of children addicted to this game. The Associate Managements of Primary and Secondary Private Schools Karnataka (KAMS) have also advised the parents to keep am eye on the number of hours their child plays the game.
In this game the players fight each other with weapons and the last one to survive wins the game. The game lasts only 30 mins because of the addiction, the child ends up playing the game for 10-12 hours.
Dr. Manoj Kumar from Nimhans said that, this game has a very bad influence on a child's morning schedule, eating habits and their studies. The people addicted to this game are between the ages of 16-20
The doctor has advised parents to control the number of hours their children play this game and also encourage them to play other types of games.
