When to Buy New Shoes?

We all wear shoes when going out of the house. Shoes protect our feet from dirt and dangerous objects on the road. It also gives good grip and support to the body that allows people to walk comfortably. Doctors say that good footwear helps the body to walk properly and its prevents problems like leg pain, hip pain or back pain. 

When do you think is the right time to change your footwear? 

You must observe your shoe and see the soles of your shoes. Check whether they have become too thin, or if the footwear has lost its shape. If the shoe is too thin and loses its shape then it's time to buy new shoes. This applies for slippers, sandals, sports shoes, etc.  On average a person who does not walk too much can change their shoes every 6-8 months and a person who tends to walk a lot needs to change their shoes every 4-6 months. 

All this also depends on the quality of the shoes. Good quality shoes last longer. So remember this when you buy any footwear. Look for the quality and not beauty. 

If you continue wearing these damaged shoes, it will affect your entire spine and the limbs, and can cause you pain.
