What are your plans for 26th January 2024? You all know 26th January is Republic Day and also on that day is the Haldi Kumkum program. Yes, Anand Mitra Mandal has been organizing the Haldi Kumkum program for many years.
Anand Mitra Mandal For Deaf and Mute was established in 1977 and is now in its 47th year. It is amazing that Anand Mitra Mandal has celebrated the cultural Maharashtrian Haldi KumKum festival for so many years. Beautiful!
Like every year, there is a program on 26th January 2024. It is from 12 PM to 9.30 PM. You all are aware that meals would be provided. However, there is an important announcement. Let me tell you, it is going to be fun. During the event, there will be Haldi Kumkum, Magic show, Housie, Dance, Fashion Show, and Lucky Draw. Wonderful, isn't it? A lot of Deaf have been sitting bored at home, now is a good time to enjoy together.
Let me tell you the ticket costs. For ages 5 to 12 the ticket cost is Rs 250. The ticket cost is Rs 500 for ages 12 to 59. For senior citizens that are those who are 60 years and above, the ticket cost is Rs 450. There is a discount for school and college going students. The ticket cost for them would be Rs 350. Wonderful! Youngsters should go for the event to learn and enjoy.
Anand Mitra Mandal for the Deaf and Mute was established in 1977. Currently, Manish Vaidya is the President. Prakash Dhure is the General Secretary. He is extremely hard working and actively involved in the Haldi Kumkum program. Wonderful!
