Adah Sharma Buys Sushant Singh Rajput’s House?
Actress Adah Sharma visits Sushant Singh Rajput's Mumbai flat, sparking rumors of acquisition, amid ongoing investigations into his death.
Adah Sharma of “The Kerala Story” fame has reportedly bought actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s house in Mumbai. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra flat on June 14, 2020. He was living at Bandra’s Mont Blanc Apartments and it is a sea-facing flat. Rajput was paying Rs 4.5 lakh per month for the two-storey property. In 2021 the sea-facing flat was up for rent. The rent of the house was also increased and many people were interested in buying it. A video shared by Mumbai-based celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani showed the actress visiting Mont Blanc Apartments. In the clip, Sharma can be seen standing on the terrace of the building. When asked if she had bought the flat, Sharma said, “Agar kuch hai, main first aapko bataungi. Jab bhi kuch ho, main aapka muh meetha karungi (If there is something, I will tell you all first). I promise.” According to entertainment portal Telly Chakkar, Sharma’s team confirmed the news and said it is “true”. However, details on when the actress will move in and other information are still awaited. The case related to Sushant's death was subsequently handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation, with the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau probing the financial and drugs-related angles in the case. The CBI hasn’t been able to finalise its investigation into his death even after three years. Adah was last seen in the much-talked-about film The Kerala Story. Earlier this month, Adah shared a health update on social media after she was hospitalized post being diagnosed with severe diarrhea and food allergy.
