After 10 Years McDonald’s Meal Still looks Edible
An experiment conducted by an Icelandic man revealed that even after 10 years, a McDonalds Meal looks edible.
McDonald’s is loved by adults and Children. It is the most popular fast food restaurants in India. Years ago there were many rumours that Mc Donald’s does not go bad. The rumours would say that the food from McDOnalds never got spoilt and would remain the same even after many years. But no one could prove this. In 2009, a man named Hjortur Smarason of Iceland decided to test some food from McDonald’s.In 2009 McDonald’s shut down in Iceland. Since then there has been no McDonalds in Iceland. Before it shut down Smarason bought a meal from them.
Previously the meal was placed in Smarason’s garage in a plastic bag for three years. It was then donated to the National Museum of Iceland. 10 years later in 2019, the food remains the same. It has not rotten. Only the paper wrapping looks old, but there is no mold on the food. Some may think they are leftovers from a few days before.
This is not the first experiment that people have conducted on food from McDonalds. People bought the meals 10-15 years back and the food still looks the same. This is a clear proof about the quality of mcdonalds food and the amount of preservatives used in the food.
