All 33 Men Raped the 15 Yr Old in Dombivali Arrested
All 33 people accused of allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl, several times over a period of 9-months, in the Dombivli area of Maharashtra's Thane district.
A 15 year old girl from Dombivali’s Thane District, was raped by 33 men for a period of 9 months. Her boyfriend was the first to rape her and take a video of the incident. After that he and the other men started blackmailing her and kept raping her. The girl then approached the police and told them everything. She told the names of all the men who had raped her and the police had arrested 24 men and 2 minors as well. In a new update, police have arrested the remaining 7 men as well. Everyone has been kept in jail. Of the total accused, two minors were sent to a juvenile home in Bhiwandi. Thane Police has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the matter. The police have arrested them under the strict Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and are now questioning all the men.
They will prepare a chargesheet. Once the chargesheet is ready, the court case will start. The girl who was admitted to a hospital in Kalwa has been discharged. We had released another news about a 32-year-old woman who was raped and brutalised with a rod by a man inside a stationary tempo in Sakinaka, Mumbai on 10th September. The man was a resident of Uttar Pradesh, worked as a driver and lived on a pavement in the same area. He knew the woman and they met a few times before. There was a financial dispute between the two and on that day there was an argument between the two and then the man raped and killed her. The police have worked very quickly to investigate the incident. They finished the investigation and prepared the chargesheet in 18 days. The court case will start soon.
