Anant Ambani & Radhika Merchant Celebrate 2nd Pre-wedding Bash
Nita & Mukesh Ambani hosted a 4-day long second pre-wedding bash on the famous luxury European cruise, “The Celebrity Ascent” for the soon-to-be-married Anant & Radhika.
India’s business tycoon Mukesh Ambani’s younger son, Anant Ambani, is set to marry Radhika Merchant on 12th July 2024 at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. Their wedding card is making waves, and their pre-wedding celebrations have been nothing short of spectacular.
The couple had a lavish 3-day pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar, Gujarat, from 1st March to 3rd March 2024. The event grabbed international headlines due to its star-studded guest list, stunning venue, and memorable moments. The celebration featured incredible performances and showcased Radhika Merchant's and Nita Ambani's elegant wardrobes and jewelry. ISH even released a video covering the event.
But the celebrations didn't stop there. Nita and Mukesh Ambani hosted a second pre-wedding bash for Anant and Radhika on a European cruise. This 4-day event took place from 29th May to 1st June 2024 aboard the luxurious "Celebrity Ascent" cruise ship. The cruise, which can accommodate up to 4,000 guests and 1,400 staff members, was booked entirely for 800 VIP guests and 600 staff members.
The exclusive guest list included Bollywood stars like Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, and many more. The cruise journeyed from Palermo, Italy, to the South of France, stopping in Rome, Cannes, and Portofino. The party theme was 'La Vita È Un Viaggio' (life is a journey).
The cruise featured world-class amenities such as a spa, gym, swimming pools, nightclubs, theaters, cafes, bars, lounges, and various dining options. Themed parties included 'A Roman Holiday,’ ‘Toga Party,’ ‘Starry Night,’ and a masquerade ball.
Entertainment was provided by international stars like the Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry, Pitbull, and Indian singer Guru Randhawa. The highlight of the event was a performance by Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli and his orchestra during the “La Dolce Vita” event in Portofino. Videos of Bocelli singing “Falling in Love with You” against the scenic Portofino backdrop went viral on social media.
Around 1,200 guests attended the “La Dolce Vita” event, including international business tycoons like Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, and Hollywood celebrities like Adam Sandler. The Ambanis reserved the entire seashore and shut down the pier, decorating the streets of Portofino with beautiful floral arrangements. The event, with an Italian summer dress code, ran from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm and was heavily guarded to ensure maximum privacy and security.
During the 4-day event, Nita and Mukesh Ambani also celebrated their granddaughter Veda’s first birthday. Veda is the daughter of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta.
