Ankita Lokhande Speaks Out About Sushant
For more than a month after his death, Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande has finally broken her silence. Watch our latest video for all the details.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on 14th June at the age of 34. More than 40 people have been questioned by the Mumbai Police in connection to the case. There is also public pressure to transfer the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation. Ankita Lokhande was Sushant’s ex-girlfriend met on the sets of their television show Pavitra Rishta, and were in a relationship for six years till 2016. For more than a month after Sushant’s death, Ankita has finally spoken about Sushant and his death. Ankita gave an interview to Republic TV and said that Sushant could not have been depressed. Ankita said, “Sushant was not the guy who could commit suicide. We have seen worse situations when we were together. He was a happy-go-lucky guy.”
She also said that how much she knew him he was never a depressed person. She said,” I have not seen a person like Sushant. He wrote his own dreams in a diary. He had his 5 year plan of what he wants to do, how he will look, etc. Exactly after 5 years, he had fulfilled them. When people use words like depression for him, it is heartbreaking. He may be upset, anxious but depression is a big word. Calling someone ‘Bipolar’ is a big thing.”She added, “Sushant that I know came from a small town. He established himself on his own. He has taught me so many things, he taught me acting. Does anybody even know who the real Sushant was? Everyone is writing their own portrayal of him being depressed. It hurts reading all this.”
Ankita also said that Sushant found happiness in small things. He wanted to do farming. Ankita added, “He told me if nothing works out, I will make a short film. He was not depressed. I don’t know what the situation was, but I will keep saying this. I don’t want people to remember him as a depressed person. He was an inspiration.”Sushant’s father KK Singh this week filed an FIR in Patna, Bihar against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetting his suicide. Bihar Police had questioned Ankita Lokhande , Sushant’s ex-girlfriend on Thursday 30th July at her Mumbai residence. Rhea Chakraborty has hired a lawyer Satish Maneshinde. He is a very famous lawyer who has also fought cases that were filed against Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt.
