Arjun Rampal Summoned for Questioning by NCB
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) summoned actor Arjun Rampal to appear before the agency on November 11, after searching his residence.
Since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been investigating the drugs angle to his death and also the consumption of drugs by various Bollywood stars. Earlier, the NCB arrested Agisilaos Demetriades, in connection with a drugs probe linked to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death in June. Now his sister Gabriella Demetriades’ & partner Arjun Rampal, have both been summoned by the NCB. The NCB carried out a raid at Arjun's premises in Mumbai on 10th November. 11 electronic gadgets, including a laptop and mobile phones, and some documents were seized from the property. The actor's driver was also taken to the agency's office for interrogation. On 9th November, NCB had raided the house of film producer Firoz Nadiadwala. During the raid, the NCB found 10 grams of marijuana. They have now arrested Nadiadwala’s wife Shabana Saeed. She has been sent to jail till 23 November 2020. Nadiadwala was also summoned but he did not appear for questioning.
