The World's richest man, Bill Gates is currently on a 3-day visit to India, to review the work of his charity foundation Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The World's richest man, Bill Gates is currently on a 3-day visit to India, to review the work of his charity foundation which is called the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. It was Founded in 2000 by Bill Gates and his wife Melinda. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been working in areas of healthcare, sanitation, agriculture, and financial services for the underprivileged people in India. Their aim is to remove global poverty.
Bill Gates met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, in Patna. After meeting him Gates said that Kumar is a very smart man as he has a lot of knowledge about the problems of the environment and other complicated matters. He said he knows Kumar for the last 10 years and Kumar worked with the Foundation for many projects. Gates met Kumar in Patna after five years and was shocked to hear him talking about climate change and problems of the environment.
He in USA everyone talks about climate change. He is surprised to see people in India talking about it as well.Gates foundation is a partner of the Bihar Health department. The Gates Foundation stated that Bihar has made great progress in the last 20 years to eliminate poverty.
