Cricketer Rishabh Pant Hospitalised After Dangerous Accident
India's star cricketer Rishabh Pant met with a serious car accident and sustained severe injuries, as per the reports he will now have to undergo plastic surgery.
India's star wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant on 29th December, Pant had posted a video from his vacation where he could be seen feeding the birds. This morning he met with a very dangerous accident. On 30th December 2022 morning, He was travelling to his home in Roorkee in Uttarakhand from Delhi. He was driving himself. Rishabh's car collided with the divider and caught on fire. The accident took place around the Narsan border of Roorkee.
Some people who were near the spot were also robbed of the money that was on the accident site. According to eyewitnesses,with great difficulty, the fire was brought under control. After the crash, Rishabh was soon taken to the hospital. The pictures are floating on social media where one can see Pant has received injuries at the back and on his head. Pant also suffered injuries to his forehead and leg. Doctors say he is stable now and that he will have to undergo plastic surgery for his burns.
There is no clarity over the car company. Some say it was a Mercedes, while some say it was a BMW. But the car was badly damaged. Uttarakhand Police Director General Ashok Kumar claims that he broke the windscreen to escape the flaming vehicle. He suffered head, knee, and shin injuries during the incident. The police also said that he dozed off while driving the car. Meanwhile, the Indian team takes on Sri Lanka in the T20 & ODI series. Pant was not selected for the matches and this has become a talk of the town.
