Deaf Man Killed in Chhattisgarh for Not Listening to Horn
In a shocking incident, a deaf man in Chhattisgarh has been killed by a minor girl for not listening to her horn.
Cases of Road Rage and people losing temper even on small things have increased dramatically over the last few years. Road rage has even become an everyday event in most parts of the country.One such shocking event was reported by Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
On 24th July in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur’s Kankali Para area, a deaf man was riding his bicycle when a young 16-year-old minor girl was coming from behind on a 2-wheeler. The girl honked for the deaf to move aside, however, the deaf couldn’t hear the horn. This irritated the girl. She allegedly stabbed the deaf man in the neck with a knife that she was carrying. The attack on his neck killed the deaf victim on the spot. Additional Superintendent of Police (west) D C Patel said, “The minor was later arrested from the Mandir Hasaud area and the weapon used in the crime was also recovered from her.
An offense under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Arms Act has been registered.
