Actress Dia Mirza was previously married to Sahil Sangha. She then married businessman Vaibhav Rekhi in a private ceremony in February this year. She and her husband welcomed a baby boy on 14th May this year. However, they shared the news with the world on 14 th July morning, two months after the baby's arrival. They have named him Avyaan Azaad Rekhi. She made the announcement by posting a picture of her son’s hand and there was a written statement in the image as well. In the post she said that their son was born premature and is being taken care of since then at a hospital. She also said, "A sudden appendix during my pregnancy and a subsequent and very severe bacterial infection could have led to sepsis and proven to be life threatening. Thankfully, the timely care and intervention by our doctor ensured the safe birth of our baby via an emergency C-section. We thank everyone for their warm wishes and blessings.”
