Drunk Man Rides a Bull in Uttarakhand

A video went viral a few days ago showing a young boy riding a bull just like a person riding a horse through a street has been identified as the Tapovan area of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand police said. Lots of people are saying that this man could have been drunk.
The young man attempted to create a viral video, and it has made him face legal action. The incident not only created chaos in the midnight hours; it also involved misbehaving with the animals.
The police force said legal action was taken against the youth, and he was warned not to attempt such stunts with animals in the future.
Uttarakhand police also shared the clip via Twitter.
The clip shared on Twitter shows a deserted street at night and says that the incident took place on 5th May late in the night. A scooter is seen swiftly moving to the other side and the bull is seen emerging. A youngster is seen sitting on top of it and the animal charges fastly through the street. The clip also shows the youth apologising in front of the camera.
While many people were shocked by the video and thought it was inappropriate, others compared it to the bull festival - Jallikattu and claimed the young man hadn't done anything that deserved legal action.
Jallikattu is an event in which a bull is let loose, and everyone tries to grasp onto the bull's hump with both arms while it makes an attempt to flee.
Other users have demanded action against cattle owners for letting their cattle roam loose in the streets, while some users compared bull-riding to horse riding and claimed that both come under the same category.
Comments on Twitter said, “Please send him to jail for mistreating animals.” Some users have taken this as a joke and commented, “Red Bull gives you wings.”
