Currently there are 28 major fires burning in other places in California. 14,000 fire fighters are working hard to contain the fire. The fire has caused a major heat wave in california and the skies have become orange.

The fire has destroyed more than 10,000 acres of land. One fire started in Yucaipa, a city in California and has been burning since 5th September saturday. A group of people and many children had gathered at the El Dorado Ranch Park in Yucaipa. The party was organised by a couple expecting a baby to reveal the gender of the baby to their family and friends. 

During the party a guest lit a firecracker that would explode and reveal the gender of the baby by emitting blue or pink smoke. But the cracker blasted and a huge fire started. A CCTV had captured the entire incident. No major injuries have occurred so far. Local authorities have said that they will wait until the fire has extinguished and will file a case against the people who organised the party. The organisers may also have to pay for the money spent to control the fire.
