On 15th June, 20 Indian soldiers were martyred and several others suffered injuries in a violent face-off with Chinese troops in Galwan Valley. India and China have been locked in a five-week-long border dispute since 5th May 2020. In 45 years, for the first time, Indian Jawans were killed in a fight with Chinese soldiers at the India-China border LAC in eastern Ladakh. Because of such tensions between India and China, people in India were appealing to boycott Chinese products to protest Chinese incursion in Indian territory.
Now there is a heartwarming video of a soldier that has become viral on social media. The soldier wearing the CRPF uniform is appealing to the people of India to boycott Chinese products and mobile apps. In the video, the jawan says that his team was proceeding towards the China border and shows the poor conditions of the road through which they have to reach the China border. In the video he says, “Delete Chinese apps, boycott them. Boycott their products. We are deployed at such a dangerous place. You can just use your fingers to boycott them just by sitting at home. We will feel good. It will help us.”
