Joe Biden: ISIS Leader Killed in Syria
United States President Joe Biden has said the leader of ISIL (ISIS) has been “taken off the battlefield” following an overnight raid in Syria.
Almost 10 years after Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan, now another leader of the most dangerous terrorist group ISIS has been killed by the USA military. He was killed in a very secret military operation. Let me tell you about it. Two months ago USA military got information that the leader of ISIS Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurash was hiding in a three-story home, surrounded by olive trees in Syria. He was living with his wife, children and members of his family. Since then the US military was planning how to catch him. Finally a plan was created and USA president Joe Biden approved it. Before flying to Syria, the soldiers rehearsed the entire operation several times in the USA to ensure the leader’s family was not harmed. They only wanted to catch the leader. Then on Wednesday 1st February 2022, an American helicopter with US commandos landed near the building where al-Qurayshi was hiding.
President Joe Biden was watching everything in the USA. When the helicopter was landing it suffered some mechanical problems. The situation was very tense but the commandos landed safely. The US commandos then entered the building. Biden and his officials were very worried when the soldiers entered the building.
There was relief in the room when children emerged from the first floor of the building, running to safety. Moments later, when the soldiers were about the catch al-Qurayshi, he blasted a bomb while his wife, children and other relatives were in the room. The blast killed him, his wife and his children blowing their bodies outside the building and onto the surrounding land. A total of 13 people died in the incident. 6 women, 4 children and 3 other men. All the commandos are safe. All the successful operation Biden addressed the media saying, ‘The US commandos successfully killed ISIS leader al-Quraysh. All precautions were taken to protect the family but sadly because of al-Qurayshi’s bomb, his wife and children also died. However, this operation is proof that no matter where terrorists are hiding in the world, the US has to power to catch them. None of you can hide. We will come after you and find you.” People are praising Biden’s leadership which led to the elimination of one of the most powerful terrorist leaders. Now that the leader has been killed we will have to wait and watch what happens to the ISIS group and whether they elect a new leader.
