Man Dies After Ingesting 246 Cocaine Bags
Japanese man flying from Mexico CIty dies after ingesting 246 bags of cocaine, causing an emergency landing.
A man has died after having seizures and convulsions on a AirMexico flight that was bound for Japan, the man whose name was only given as Udo N aged 42 was pronounced dead on the plane.
After an emergency landing at the Airport in Hermosillo he was taken to the local hospital where after an autopsy was conducted it was found that he had swallowed 246 bags filled with cocaine. Each bag measured 2.5cm long and 1cm wide. He died after a few bags exploded in his stomach and caused him to overdose.
He started his journey from Bogata, Columbia which is a well known producer of cocaine in the world. the Mexican authorities will now take over the investigation. The flight with 198 passengers continued onwards to Japan after the emergency landing.
