Mumbai: Man Dies While Raping a 14 Year Girl in Hotel
In a shocking incident, an unnamed 41-year-old man died after having sex with an unnamed minor, a 14-year-old girl in a hotel at Grant Road, Mumbai on 2nd November 2024.
Sexually assaulting a teen girl proved fatal for an old man in what seems to be nature’s way of punishing him.
In a shocking incident, an unnamed 41-year-old man died after having sex with an unnamed minor, a 14-year-old girl in a hotel at Grant Road, Mumbai on 2nd November 2024.
The man has been identified as the manager of a diamond factory in Gujarat.
According to the reports, the man was the girl’s family friend.
He shared a good relationship with the family as he often visited the girl’s house to check on her bedridden paralyzed father and had been financially supporting everyone including the girl’s mother, bedridden father and an unemployed brother.
He offered the girl a job in the diamond factory he managed. Despite being resistant to the offer, the girl had started working in the factory under pressure from her mother. The family even allowed her to go out with him.
On 29th October 2024, the man visited the girl’s house and asked her parents if he could take the girl with him to Mumbai for work.
He picked up the girl and left for Mumbai on 2nd November 2024.
They checked into a hotel in Grant Road, where the man presented the girl as his daughter and even showed a fake Aadhaar Card of hers.
After checking in, the man took some sexual enhancement supplements and started to sexually assault the girl. However, he collapsed mid-act.
The girl called the hotel staff who rushed him to the nearby JJ Hospital, where the doctors suspected him of suffering a heart attack during his heinous act allegedly because of his sexual enhancement supplement.
He was declared dead during the treatment.
The Mumbai Police were informed about the incident.
The girl told everything to the Mumbai Police during the investigation .
She also revealed that the man had started sexually exploiting her in the factory itself by threatening to stop the financial help & blackmailed her to return the money if she told anyone.
Scared about her and her family’s future, the girl kept quiet and even agreed to accompany the man all the way to Mumbai despite being aware of the man’s intentions.
The Mumbai Police have registered the case under relevant sections of BNS and POCSO and are investigating it further.
