Parents Killed 11 Year Old Daughter for Talking to a 12 Year Boy
In a shocking incident, a couple killed their 11-year-old daughter by throwing her into a canal in Meerut.
In an extremely shocking and heart wrenching incident, a couple allegedly killed their 11-year-old daughter, by throwing her into a canal in Meerut. The reason behind the murder is even more shocking. They killed their own daughter for reportedly talking to a 12-year-old boy from the neighborhood, police said. The incident took place on 1st of September. The Police arrested the parents on 3rd September while they are yet to recover the body of the minor girl. Police said that the parents, Babloo Kashyap who is 40 years old and his wife Ruby Kashyap who is 38 years old, had earlier lodged a complaint, claiming that their daughter, Chanchal, had gone missing. Based on the complaint, police started an investigation and when they spoke to the girl’s six-year-old brother Aarav Kashyap, he told the cops that his parents had taken Chanchal to a nearby market but "when they returned, she was not with them". The police then questioned the couple, who confessed to having committed the crime. They revealed that they drowned their minor daughter in the canal near Bhole Ki Jhal in the Sardhana area of the city.
SP Keshav Kumar informed police teams have been deployed near the canal to trace the girl. “The body of the girl is yet to be found,” Babloo, who is a recovery agent, informed the police on 1st September that he and his wife took their daughter out to the local market to buy her a burger. However, his daughter disappeared from there. After receiving the complaint, police registered a case. They examined the CCTV footage from nearby shops but couldn’t find the girl. The police further stated that during the questioning, Babloo and his wife gave contradictory statements. However, they become clear about the incident when they speak to their son, Aarav. “Section 302 (murder) of IPC has been added to the case. Babloo during the interrogation admitted that he didn't like his daughter playing with the boy. Babloo was sent to jail while Ruby was taken to the hospital after she fell ill,” said the Circle officer as reported. What do you think about this extremely shocking crime?
