Shocking: Was There a Secret Plan to Kill PM Modi?
Reports and analysts claim that during PM Modi’s recent China visit, a joint India-Russia operation may have foiled a U.S.-linked assassination plot against him.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is known not only for his popularity in India but also for being one of the most respected leaders in the world. His foreign visits often attract attention, but his recent trip to China for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit has created a major buzz on social media.
The SCO Summit was held in Tianjin, China, from 31st August to 1st September 2025. This visit was special as it was PM Modi’s first trip to China in seven years. After the summit on 31st August, he travelled with Russian President Vladimir Putin in his car. The two leaders reportedly had a private 45-minute discussion, which many saw as a sign of their close friendship and strong mutual trust.
However, something strange happened on the same day in Dhaka, Bangladesh. A U.S. Special Forces officer named Terrence Arvelle Jackson was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his hotel room at The Westin Dhaka. This incident has caught global attention, as some analysts are now linking his death to a possible plan to assassinate PM Modi during his China visit.
According to several reports, Indian and Russian intelligence agencies might have worked together to foil the alleged assassination plot. Analysts claim that Jackson could have been part of a secret mission aimed at creating unrest in India by targeting the Prime Minister. Some experts also point out that U.S. spy agencies have a history of interfering in other countries’ politics. They refer to the recent political changes in Bangladesh, where Sheikh Hasina was removed from power and Muhammad Yunus, who is believed to be close to the U.S., became the new leader.
It is believed that a similar plan might have been prepared for India, as PM Modi is known for taking independent decisions that serve India’s national interests rather than following any foreign country’s agenda. Reports say that the U.S. media gave very little coverage to Jackson’s death. Bangladeshi police were allegedly not allowed to investigate the matter properly, and the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka quietly took his body back to America. This secrecy has only made the situation more suspicious.
Some analysts think that Vladimir Putin, who once worked as a spy, might have warned PM Modi about the threat. They believe that Indian and Russian intelligence agencies could have joined hands to prevent the attack and ensure the Prime Minister’s safety during his visit.
Interestingly, when PM Modi returned to India and addressed the Semicon Summit in Delhi on 2nd September, one of his remarks caught everyone’s attention. He said, “I just returned last night from my China and Japan visit.” The audience clapped, and then PM Modi smiled and added, “Are you clapping because I went to China or because I came back (alive)?” Many people believe this comment hints that he was aware of the danger to his life.
While there has been no official confirmation of these claims, the incident has sparked wide discussion about the serious security challenges that PM Modi faces during his international visits. ISH News does not confirm this report, and the above information is based on claims made by various media outlets and analysts.
