Students Arrested for ‘Ghost’ Prank Videos
7 students were arrested by the Bengaluru police for playing ghost pranks on people.
These days the youth post videos on social media where they dress up in scary costumes and prank people. These videos get many views on social media and are enjoyed by all. This has started in India as well. In Bengaluru 7 Students were arrested for scaring and pranking people. You may think should a person be arrested for such a small offence?
This group of students would plan their prank. One of them would wear a long white kurta, a wig and splash red paint on themselves to make it look like blood. They would then scare people by jumping in front of motorists, people walking on the road and people sleeping on the road as well. They would take videos of these pranks and upload it on their YouTube Channel ‘Ghost Prank in Bengaluru’ They did this in North Bengaluru and the people in that area became very afraid. Some even got very irritated.
A man said that he was returning home, when he saw a ghost and started running. But he fell and hurt himself. On Monday 11th November, the group trying to play the same prank when the Bengaluru Police arrested them. The police took them to the police station and called their parents. They said that these pranks are very dangerous. Just likes and views on social media the youth can not make such videos. The police have given the youth a stern warning and let them go.
