Everyday many thefts occur all over the country and the thieves escape with the loot. Have you heard that after looting a house, the thief keeps an apology letter? Recently, a theft occurred at a house in Bhind Madhya Pradesh in which the thief left behind an apology letter for stealing the things and said that will return the stolen money. A policeman works in the police department in Chhattisgarh while his family stays in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. The policeman's wife and children had left for a relative's place on 30th June. They returned home on 5th July night. On returning they found that the locks of the rooms had been broken and things were lying scattered. Police officials said that while stealing valuables from the house, the thief left behind a letter stating, "Sorry friend, it was a compulsion. If I had not done this, then my friend would have lost his life. Don't worry, as soon as I get the money, I will return it."
Police officer said that the thief stole some silver and gold ornaments. He added that it is suspected some acquaintance of the family was involved in the act. A case has been registered in this regard and further investigation is underway, the official said.
