Ukrainian Nurse Who Lost Legs In War Gets Married in Hospital

On March 27, 2022, Oksana, a 23 Year old girl who worked as a nurse in a hospital, lost both her legs and four fingers on her left hand after a landmine exploded near her when she was returning home with her boyfriend Viktor.
Luckily, she survived the accident after she underwent four operations. As per Sky New, she will be able to get Artificial legs in future after her wounds are fully recovered.
The couple, Oksana and Viktor, recently got married after being together for six years.
The couple also have two kids as well, both of whom were present at the wedding ceremony. The ceremony took place in a hospital in Lviv.
Recently, Oksana shared a heartwarming video from the hospital in Lviv where she got married to Viktor.
The video is from their first dance together after being declared as husband and wife.

The video of their dance was caught on camera by a volunteer at the hospital. This beautiful clip shows Viktor holding Oksana in his arms and dancing.
Oksana with a smile on her face is seen thanking the people present in the hospital room who cheered for the couple's sweet gesture.
The video was also later shared on Twitter by Ukraine's Parliament, which described it as a "very special love story".
This sweet gesture by the couple and a big smile on their face even after such a big tragedy which has happened to them has surely melted hearts across the internet.
