In a shocking and brutal crime, an 11-year-old Deaf girl was raped and tortured in Rampur district. The incident has left the entire village in shock and anger.
What Happened?
The girl went missing on the evening of 16th April 2025. Her father, a farmer, said she often went out but always returned by evening. That day, she left home at 6 PM but did not come back. The family searched the village and even made announcements using loudspeakers.
The next morning (17th April), villagers found her naked, bleeding, and unconscious in a field. Her clothes were soaked in blood. She was rushed to a hospital in Rampur, but as her condition was serious, she was taken to Moradabad and later referred to Meerut for better treatment.
Doctor’s Report: A Horrific Crime
Dr. Anju Singh, who examined the girl, said, “This is one of the worst rape cases I have seen. She was attacked by one or more people. Her private parts were badly injured. Her face was swollen from being hit. She is terrified and unable to speak.”
The attackers bit her 17 times, burned her with cigarettes, and punched her face. The cruelty has left the girl traumatized—her mother says she is now having fits and is too scared to speak.
Police Action: Accused Caught After Firing at Cops
The police checked CCTV footage and saw a man, Dan Singh (24), from the same village, talking to the girl and taking her away. When the police went to arrest him, he opened fire. The police shot back in self-defense, injuring him.
