Was Deepika Paid Rs 5 crore to Attend JNU Protest?
Former RAW officer NK Sood has alleged that Deepika Padukone received Rs 5 crore from a Pakistani agent Aneel Mussarat to attend the Anti-CAA protest in Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi.
On 7th January, Deepika Padukone made a surprise visit to the JNU campus and quietly stood with the students to show solidarity. Just three days after this visit her movie Chhapaak released. She was also one of its co-producers. After Deepika’s visit to JNU #BoycottChhapaak campaign began trending on Twitter. Swara Bhaskar is an alumna of JNU. She had joined the protest against the violent attack on students in the JNU campus at the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Other Bollywood celebrities like Taapsee Pannu, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar etc had also participated in the protest.
Now a former RAW officer NK Sood has said that Deepika Padukone has received Rs 5 crore from a Pakistani agent Aneel Mussarat to attend the Anti-CAA protest in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi. The officer, NK Sood is known to be quite vocal about the nexus between Bollywood, Pakistan’s ISI and the underworld gangsters.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) may ask the Maharashtra Government to investigate the connection between Bollywood and Pakistan. Enforcement Directorate (ED) has started to identify Bollywood celebrities who own properties abroad.NK Sood has said ED has already started its investigation on Deepika. Swara Bhaskar rubbished the accusations that Deepika Padukone was paid Rs 5 crore to attend the student protest at Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). She said the blame was vulgar and outlandish.
