The excitement surrounding the movie led to a rise in ticket prices across the country, causing many petitions to be filed in courts. However, the Telangana High Court allowed the release to go ahead despite objections.

The movie has already sold around 7 lakh tickets in advance bookings, earning between ?100 crore and ?125 crore, including ?73 crore in India and ?35 crore in the United States.

In addition to the high excitement, Allu Arjun has reportedly charged ?300 crore for his role in Pushpa 2, a significant increase from the ?85 crore he was paid for Pushpa 1. Rashmika Mandanna, who plays a key role in the movie, reportedly charged ?10 crore for her part.

The massive response to the movie shows how popular Pushpa 2 has become, but it also highlights the challenges that come with such huge fan followings.
